Bellevue 6 is a good sized 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a west facing terrace and underground parking in the Résidence Chalets de Bellevue.
The apartment is located on the first and second floors of the building and has a large entrance hall with plenty of storage under the stairs. The entrance hall leads to the open plan living area with fitted kitchen and access to a west facing balcony which looks on to the Kandahar piste, from which you can enjoy the evening sun.
The first floor also houses the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, and a family bathroom with washing machine and a separate WC.
A narrow staircase leads to the second floor which has a single and a double bedroom, both of which have fitted storage cupboards under the eaves to maximise the space.
The apartment has the benefit of a cave, a ski locker and an allocated underground garage space.
Our opinion
This apartment is well positioned by the Bellevue lift and has its own underground parking space and a west facing balcony. As such, it would make a great hassle-free second home.Agency fees

The Chalets de Bellevue are situated just 50 metres from the Bellevue cable car, one of the two main lifts up to the les Houches ski area. There are a number of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, with the main village less than five minutes' walk.
